I am the CEO, Founder, and creator of Fully Loc'd Up! I created this brand all by myself, with the support of my boyfriend & grandmother. I want locs to meet luxury with my brand, and for everyone to recategorize locs as something beautiful; instead of dirty or unprofessional. I want this brand to not solely geared towards my loc'd community, but for any hair texture/type looking for moisture, repair, and love!
